About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our IT team. This role blends ERP administration support, reporting and business intelligence development, and enterprise systems collaboration. You’ll be a critical part of delivering reliable, insightful technology to our business teams and members.

Location: Onsite in our New Windsor, NY office, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ERP System Manager on daily ERP operations, enhancements, and support.
  • Work with the IT Project Manager on reporting and analysis needs—sometimes supporting, sometimes leading the technical effort.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for custom reporting and data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot system and data issues, ensuring application and reporting stability.
  • Assist with deployments, migrations, and configuration changes related to ERP and reporting tools.
  • Help document system processes and reporting logic to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to business process improvements and workflow automation efforts across departments.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of five years experience supporting enterprise software systems, including business intelligence/reporting in an IT / business analyst or product management role.
  • Strong SQL development skills.  Ability to create complex queries and navigate relational databases including star schema structures, preferably in Microsoft Sql Server.
  • Strong requirements gathering capability.  Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to convert business problems into development-ready requirements, especially when the optimal requirements were not what was originally requested.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence reporting tools, preferably Power BI and Crystal Reports/Business Objects.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the lumber and building materials industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms used in buying co-op environments.
  • Familiarity with EDI protocols and standards, Windows Server administration, Remote
  • Desktop/Terminal Services, VB.NET / Visual Basic.
  • Experience with financial/accounting systems and processes.
  • General IT support experience and capability to serve as a backup IT support resource 

Pay Range:

  • In New York, the compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.  Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
